Andrea is co-facilitator of the Ecovillage Design Education program in Rio de Janeiro. As an expert in business design, she supports leaders in the development of organizations guided by regenerative development paradigms. Enthusiastic about collaborative action, she approaches her projects with collaborative tools from Dragon Dreaming, Holacracia, U Theory, and others, transforming conflicts into creative tension and collective intelligence.
Andrea has a degree in Business Management from Mackenzie University SP, a postgraduate degree in International Economics from London Metropolitan University – England, in Sustainability Management from UFRJ, and is certified in agile methods.
