Allen is qualified in economics, accounting, financial services, and taxation. He has worked in senior management roles in large and publicly listed companies, delivering corporate advice on strategy formation, business valuations, mergers, and acquisitions. He has transitioned to become a business entrepreneur and a sustainability designer with emphasis in the areas of innovative infrastructure where water interacts with the earth. Allen also works with indigenous communities in Australia and other parts of the Asia-Pacific region. One of his passions is the use of action methods to develop creativity and spontaneity in people.
