Cornelia Fey

Cornelia is fun and wise, curious and relaxed, guiding individuals and communities toward healing, connection, and regeneration. With over 25 years as a trauma therapist, she has supported  groups, individuals, and communities, holding space for deep transformation, trust, and renewal.

As a medicine woman, she honors the Earth and all our relations, working with the wisdom of the earth, ritual, and deep listening to restore balance between humans and nature. Her passion lies in recreating sustainable rituals, weaving together ancestral traditions with present-day awareness to foster nurturing environments for children, women, and men—rooted in respect for self, others, and the Earth.

While much of her work has been centered on women’s empowerment, she holds an open and inclusive space for all gender identities. Cornelia embraces a queer-conscious approach, aware of the power dynamics that shape our relationships, communities, and access to healing. Using tools from Emotion Work, the Wheel of Consent, deep listening, authentic sharing and many more, she helps individuals navigate connection with self and others in ways that are empowering, consensual, and liberating.
